My photographs have been used in many
print articles featuring restaurants,
top chefs, guest lodges, hotels, personal
interviews, band profiles, skateboarding,
celebrities and more. It is always hard
to get decent copies of these into digital
format so that I can show them off on
the web so these are just a few examples
of some of the current work that has been
featured.
I photographed a 4 page article on Browns
Restaurant that was featured in the British
Airways Upfront magazine. The idea was
to show the 3 areas of the restaurant
(private wine cellar, restaurant that
can handle functions and garden deck for
lunches).
My company Melon Graphics South Africa
handled the design and website development
for Faff restaurant and I photographed
all marketing images of the restaurant
and their food. This article was in Taste
magazine and they used one of my photographs.
My Zebra and Giraffe images have been
featured in One Small Seed, Billboard
Magazine, The Starr, The Citizen and The
Beeld.
My Harris Tweed images have been featured
in You, Cosmopolitan, Glamour, Heat, The
Sunday Times and Altitude to name a few.
I shot a feature for Cleo Magazine about
extreme cute guys and these are the images
as shown in the magazine.
I have shot with the guys from Revolution
Skateboarding Supplies so many times and
the images have been featured in Blunt,
Session, Wooden Toy and various instore
print and advertising.
I shot a bunch of photographs for both
Soviet Jeanswear and Soviet Eyewear that
has been published in GQ, FHM, True Love
Babe, SL as well as instore for their
personal marketing.
I photographed the guys from Bloodline
Ltd for their latest album artwork and
media kits. The photographs were used
for posters, the cd, flyers and magazine
reviews.
My company, Melon Graphics South Africa,
designed the corporate face for iKhaya
Wilderness as well as created their website.
I photographed the beach lodge for all
their marketing and the images were used
in an advert for the lodge in Living magazine.
I went on a one week skateboarding tour
around Johannesburg and Durban and I photographed
a mini 4 page article for an international
art magazine called Wooden Toy based in
Australia. They wanted to document the
tour in a way that doesn't focus on the
skateboarding but more on the lifestyle
of what it is like to be on tour. They
liked the photographs so much that they
used them full page and wrote very little
text to accompany them.
